Inspection Appeal or Rebuttal Services

If an inspection has already been performed and you do not agree with the results, or you have had multiple inspections performed and are not sure which one is accurate, Universal Inspection & Dispute Resolution, LLC offers inspection rebuttal services.

After filing an appeal with the NWFA (the wood flooring association’s governing body), we can review your inspection to determine inaccuracies, missing facts or information, and/or unsubstantiated conclusions. Then we will write up a rebuttal statement outlining the key elements that contribute to the report’s inaccuracies.

Clients use our rebuttal reports to:

• Discredit a claim against them
• Discredit a claim against their client
• Determine the accuracy of an existing inspection report
